Acklington Parish Council

Acklington Parish lies south west of Amble and at the time of the 2011 census had a population of 544 people living in 277 households.  There are two small settlements within the boundaries: Acklington Village and Guyzance.

Acklington Parish Council meets bi-monthly to consider issues affecting our community. Meetings are normally held at 7.00pm on the first Tuesday of the month in Acklington Village Hall and are open to the public.

Acklington Parish Council has ten Councillors covering Acklington and Guyzance.  

The Council does not appoint any Councillor to outside bodies.
