The meeting is due to begin at 6.30 in Henshaw Church room. However, it will adjourn and re-convene at 7.30pm in the village hall where there will be a discussion on the Crow Hall Farm Woodland Project. Members of the public particularly wanting to attend for this section are asked to go to the village hall for 7.30pm.
