Our Committees and Working Groups

A list of our current Committees and Working Groups and their current members. 

Committee Meetings are open to the public.  Dates and agenda are published on this website and the Parish Council noticeboard (outside the Panthouse).  Working Group Meetings are not open to the public. 

Members of the public may join committees and working groups and may be able to vote at meetings.  If you are interested in joining a committee or working group of the Parish Council, please contact the Clerk.

Co-option Policy and Vacancy Application Form

COUNCILLOR VACANCY

There is currently vacancies on the Parish Council. 

These will be filled by co-option (i.e., by councillors voting for candidates) at the next Parish Council meeting on Monday 11 November, at 7:15pm in Felton Village Hall.

The Parish Council’s Co-option Policy

The Parish Council has a Co-option Policy setting out its procedures for filling the vacancy.  A copy of the policy is on the Parish Council website or can be obtained from the Clerk (contact details below). 

How to Apply

You need to complete the application form, which can be found at the back of the Co-option Policy and also as a stand-alone document on the Parish Council website, under Documents/Policy and procedure.  You can also obtain a copy of the application form from the Clerk. 

You should send either the completed form to the Clerk by email to:  feltonparishcouncil@gmail.com

ALL APPLICATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED BY 5:00pm FRIDAY 8 NOVEMBER FOR CIRCULATION TO COUNCILLORS.
