Hauxley Neighbourhood Plan - Regulation 19 Decision Statement
The Hauxley Neighbourhood Plan was submitted to Northumberland County Council (NCC) in December 2023. A report, following Independent Examination, was published in May 2024. A local referendum was held in Hauxley Parish on 29th August 2024, with a majority of those voting in favour of the Plan.
The Hauxley plan complied with all the legal requirements and was formally adopted on the 18th September 2024 by NCC.
