Meetings usually take place on the last Wednesday of every January, March, May, September and November (subject to change) and are held at 7:00pm in the Sir Stephen Middleton Memorial Hall, Belsay School, NE20 0ET.
Raising an Issue:
If you wish to raise an issue at the meeting, you should advise the Clerk by the Tuesday of the week prior to the meeting so that your issue may be included on the Agenda. In exceptional circumstances the Chair may allow urgent items to be raised should the issue be significant and within a short timescale. At the meeting you will be allocated up to 5 minutes to address the Parish Council.
Agendas will be in the Documents Tab prior to the meetings and published on the Parish Council Noticeboard situated outside Belsay Post Office Shop.
