Planning Application 20/03425/FUL
Development of 9no. residential dwellings (100% affordable) including associated access, car parking, landscaping and all other ancillary works (amended layout and housing mix) Location Land North of Piper Road Ovingham Northumberland.
Northumberland County Council have advised that the above application is due to be heard at the Local Area Council - Tynedale (Planning Only) meeting at County Hall, Morpeth, NE61 2EF at 4pm on 15 February 2022.
The committee report to be considered for approval will be available on the Council’s website from five days before the date of the meeting and can be viewed by visiting the council website www.northumberland.gov.uk.

The Parish Council is going to register to speak during the 5 minutes allowed for public comment. Comments will be guided by a review of the officer’s report when it becomes available.
