Phase 2 Water Scheme – Protection of houses in Dene Garth and Bewick Lane.
Works to install the new inlet structure and trash screen in Cooks Field were planned to start on the 9th. January 2023, this has been delayed until early February, exact date will depend on weather conditions.
Northumberland County Council are still waiting for professional opinion from their consultants re – the plans for landscaping the field behind Dene Garth.
Once they have this a public meeting will be arranged to discuss the plans with residents.
