Plenmeller with Whitfield Parish Council new website and email.

The council is moving to a new website: www.plenmellerwithwhitfield-pc.gov.uk. This will be taking place in March and by 31st March the current website will no longer be active.

There is also a new email address for the council - clerk@plenmellerwithwhitfield-pc.gov.uk which is up and running now.

By law, any interested person has the right to inspect a council’s/meeting’s accounts.  If you are entitled and registered to vote in local council elections then you (or your representative) have additional rights to ask the appointed auditor questions about the Council’s accounts or object to an item of account contained within them.

Death of Her Majesty the Queen 1926-2022

Plenmeller with Whitfield Parish Council is deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Her Majesty the Queen.

Plenmeller with Whitfield Parish Council offers its deepest condolences to the Royal Family at this time. The Queen will be forever remembered for her devotion to her Country and the Commonwealth.

West Northumberland Councils Working Together for the Jubilee

 

In commemoration of the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee, five councils have joined forces to purchase china commemoration mugs for the children in their local schools. Haltwhistle Town Council, Henshaw, Bardon Mill, Plenmeller with Whitfield Parish and Greenhead Parish councils chose a china mug depicting the Queen on her coronation.
