Being Active Matters Project - Volunteers Required

Volunteers
As mental health awareness grows, we all know that the benefits of sport and
exercise are far greater than just physical. Exercise is also great for the mind and our
mental health.
We are looking for volunteers in Northumberland for an exciting project, funded by Sport
England and Northumberland County Council, for people in this area to become volunteers
to support people with mental health considerations to become physically active.

Re-launch of the Archibold Trust

The Archibold Trust is being re-launched by the Parish Council in 2018 to encourage more local groups to apply for small amounts of funding which can help facilitate local projects and services in Wooler and Glendale.  The Trust makes £1200 per financial year available to support local groups and organisations.
