The Agenda for the Annual Meeting of Ovingham Parish Council is attached. The Meeting will take place on Thursday 19th May 2022 between 6.30pm - 7.15pm at the Pavilion, Ovingham.

The Annual Parish Meeting will follow on the same evening, from 7.30pm - 9.00pm. Members of the Public are welcome to attend the Annual Parish Meeting. A separate Agenda has been issued for that Meeting.

Please note the next meeting of Ovingham Parish Council will be at 7.15pm on Thursday 18th November 2021. The meeting will be held at The Pavilion, Windsor Crescent, Ovingham.

A Parish Council Surgery will be held before the meeting from 6.00pm - 6.50pm. Residents can book a 10 minute session by contacting the Clerk at ovinghamparishcouncil@yahoo.co.uk
