A virtual meeting will be held on 27th August in line with current Government guidelines. ANyone wishing to attend must contact the clerk by 25th August. It is hoped that a physical meeting will be able to proceed in September with a full agenda.

Agenda of meeting to approve accounts
An virtual meeting has been arranged for Monday 10th August at 7.15pm. This is purely to approve the acounts for year ending 2019/2020.
Any person wishing to gain access to the meeting must email the clerk by 7/8/20(ovinghamparishcouncil@yahoo.co.uk)
It is hoped that a physical meeting will be held on Thursday 27th August but this is subject to government guidelines and may yet be a virtual one.
