NOTICE UNDER LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT, 1972 (Section 87 (2))
- PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT a vacancy has occurred on the above-named Parish Council due to:
The death of Councillor Margaret Brooks
- In order for a by-election to be held, 10 electors from the Parish (Ward), must make such a request in writing, within 14 days of the date of this notice, (not including Saturdays and Sundays and Dies Non), to the Returning Officer at the address given below.
- If notice in writing is not forthcoming from 10 electors, then the existing Parish Council may then fill the vacancy by co-option.
- The address of the Returning Officer, to whom all requests for an election, and all other enquiries relating to this notice and any other election issue should be directed, is: -

EJBC - VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
Spitalford Cemetery - Offers of interest to tender
The EJBC and 3 x PC's wish to be transparent and invite offers of interest in tendering for the renovation contract.
Contractors required
General Maintenance and Gardening Contractors Required
Craster Parish Council is seeking contractors to carry out:
- The inspection and maintenance of the litter bins, seats, bus shelters etc. belonging to the Parish Council.
- The supply of grass cutting and gardening services to the Parish Council.
The tender documents for these contracts may be obtained from:

The contracts will be let for the period from June 2018 to June 2021. Contractors may submit tenders for one or both contracts.
