Healthwatch Northumberland News and Annual Survey

Healthwatch Northumberland would like to know how you rate the NHS and social care services you and your family have used. Your answers help us to see how satisfied people living in Northumberland are with their experiences of care over the last 12 months, and if people are more, or less happy with services compared to previous years.

Healthwatch would also like your thoughts on where to focus work in the coming year. GP services, dentists and mental health services aren’t included on the list as these will stay a priority for at least the coming 12 months.

460 Bus Service, Ellingham to Alnwick

Information from County  Councillor Wendy Pattison:

New Bus Service (AMENDED TIMES ATTACHED)

Cllr Wendy Pattison has managed to get a Saturday bus service for our villages, Ellingham, Christon Bank, Rennington and Rock

The bus will pick up on Saturdays around 11am and come back around 3pm.

A draft timetable is attached. (Please note, as of 04/03/2024 this is an updated timetable)

This service will enable anyone who is unable to drive or currently have no access to a vehicle to be able to go into Alnwick once a week and get a little shopping or just a change of scenery.

If the scheme proves popular it could possibly be extended further.
